BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

Section 1. Pursuant to Section 3-12-050 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, Julius J. Firak is hereby entitled to Fifty Dollar ($50.00) Senior Citizen Sewer Charge Refund for the premises located at:

1110 W 15th Street Unit 218 Chicago, Illinois 60608-3194

Section2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and publication.
