Be It Ordained by the City Council ofthe City of Chicago:

SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to 108 NORTH STATE STREET (CHICAGO) OWNER, LLC, upon the terms and subject to the conditions ofthis ordinance to maintain and use seventeen (17) sign(s) projecting over the public right-of-way attached to its premises known as 108 N. State St

Said sign structure(s) measures as follows; along North Dearborn Street:
