BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGGO:



SECTION 1. Title 17 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the RS-3 Residential Single Unit Detached House District symbols and indication as shown on Map No 18-D in the area bounded by:



A line 167.3 feet north of and parallel to East 76th Street; the alley next east of and parallel to South Ellis Avenue; the alley next north of and parallel to East 76th Street; and South Ellis Avenue



To those of a RM-4.5 Residential Multi-Unit District.



SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.
