BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. That the Chicago Zoning Ordinance be amended by changing all of the PMD 3 District symbols and indications as shown on Map 3-G in the area bounded by:
The southeasterly right-of-way line of vacated North Ogden Avenue; North North Branch Street; a line 478.92 feet southeasterly of the southeasterly right-of-way line of vacated North Ogden Avenue as measured along the southwest rightrof-way line of North North Branch Street and perpendicular thereto; a line 347.57 feet southwesterly of and parallel to North North Branch Street; a line 496.89 feet south of vacated North Ogden Avenue as measured along the south right-of-way line of North Branch Street and perpendicular thereto; and the North Branch of the Chicago River;
to those of a Waterway-Business Planned Development which is hereby established in the area above described, subject to such use and bulk regulations as are set forth in the Plan of Development herewith attached and made a part thereof and to no others.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication. ,
