ORDINANCE


BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO: SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance is hereby amended by changing all of the B3-1, Community Shopping District symbols as shown on Map No. 9-L in the area bounded by:


West Irving Park Road; a line 280 feet east of and parallel to North Central Avenue; the public alley next south of and parallel to West Irving Park Road; the public alley next east of and parallel to North Central Avenue; a line 131.34 feet south of and parallel to West Irving Park Road; and North Central Avenue.



To those of a C2-1, Motor Vehicle-Related Commercial District



SECTION 2. This Ordinance takes effect after its passage and due publication.
