BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO

SECTION 1. There is hereby established a pilot parking program to be implemented in

the area described in this ordinance. Notwithstanding any provision of the Municipal Code to

the contrary, the restrictions imposed by Section 9-64-110 (e) regarding parking on the parkway are hereby temporarily suspended and experimental parking with two wheels of a vehicle parked on the parkway is allowed on the 3500 block of West 83^rd Place (between 3500 - 3559 W. 83^rd PI. both sides) and the 3600 block of West 83^rd Place (between 3601 - 3625 W. 83^rd PI. both sides)

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval and shall expire of its own accord, without further action of the City Council on September 18, 2019
