BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO

 

 

SECTION 1.   Pursuant to Section 9-64-090 of the Municipal Code of the City of Chicago, the following address(es) are hereby RESCINDED as buffer zones for the residential permit parking zone listed immediately thereafter:

 

1578 - 1584 North Clybourn Avenue, as currently designated as a buffer zone for Residential Permit Parking Zone 921; and

 

805 - 811 West Weed Street, as currently designated as a buffer zone for Residential Permit Parking Zone 921; and

- 1536 North Halsted Street, as currently designated as a buffer zone for Residential Permit Parking Zone 921; and

- 1537 North Halsted Street, as currently designated as a buffer zone for Residential Permit Parking Zone 921; and

 

840 West Blackhawk Avenue, as currently designated as a buffer zone for Residential Permit Parking Zone 921; and

 

 

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its passage and publication.
