BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO

SECTION 1.   Pursuant to Section 9-64-090 of the Municipal Code of the City of Chicago, the following address(es) are hereby RESCINDED as residential permit parking zone listed immediately thereafter:

1479 - 1559 North Clybourn Avenue, as currently designated as a buffer zone for Residential Permit Parking Zone 2009

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its passage and publication.
