ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:


SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all ofthe B3-2, Community Shopping District symbols as shown on Map No. 9-H for the property located in the area generally bounded by:

Roscoe Street; the alley next east of and parallel to North Lincoln Avenue; a line southeast of Roscoe Street and perpendicular to North Lincoln Avenue beginning at a point 81.77 feet along Lincoln Avenue; and North Lincoln Avenue,

to the designation of C1-2, Neighborhood Commercial District.

SECTION 2. This ordinance takes effect after its passage and publication.
