Aline 50 feet south of and parallel to East 45th Street; a line 113.63 feet East of and parallel to South Indiana Ave; a line 96.0 feet South of and parallel to East 45th Street; the public alley next east of and parallel to South Indiana Ave; a line 100 feet south of and parallel to East 45th Street; and South Indiana Ave

Section 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.
