BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:


SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the Cl-1, Cl-2 and Cl-3 Neighborhood Commercial District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 1-G in the area bounded by:

the public alley next north of West Lake Street; North May Street; West Randolph Street; a line 96.14 feet west of North May Street; a line 75.02 feet north of West Randolph Street; a line 116.04 feet west of North May Street; a line 175.03 feet north of West Randolph Street; and North Racine Avenue

to those of a DX-5 Downtown Mixed-Use District which is hereby established in the area described above.

SECTION 2. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all the current DX-5 Downtown Mixed-Use District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 1-G in the area bounded by:

the public alley next north of West Lake Street; North May Street; West Randolph Street; a line 96.14 feet west of North May Street; a line 75.02 feet north of West Randolph Street; a line 116.04 feet west of North May Street; a line 175.03 feet north of West Randolph Street; and North Racine Avenue
to those of a Business Planned Development which is hereby established in the area described above. SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.
