BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Pursuantto Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt Mission of our Lady of Angels from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibitalley ingress and/or egress 3814 West Iowa.

SECTION 2. Thisordinanceshalltakeeffectand be in force upon its passage and publication.
