SECTION 1. Section 10-20-430 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the Commissioner
of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt Ishmacl
Rodriguez of 556 North Cicero Avenue, from the provisions requiring
barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking
facilities for premise address.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.

I will infroduce the alley ingress/egress ordinance necessary for this authorization at the next City Council meeting, scheduled for October 16, 2019. I expect it to go to the committee, be passed at the subsequent Council meeting, and permits to be issued "pending passage" of the ordinance.
