ORDERED, That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to give consideration to the establishment of a residential permit parking zone on     West 123^rd Street .  from South Loomis Street to South Bishop Street (1434 to 1458 West 123^rd Street),   on both sides of the street only, at all times. Sunday thru Saturday.
