200 N. MICHIGAN OWNER, LLC Acct. No. 389365 - 1 Permit No. 1142445
Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to 200 N. MICHIGAN OWNER, LLC, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to maintain and use, as now constructed, seven (7) Fence(s) on the public right-of-way adjacent to its premises known as 201 N. Garland Ct
Said Fence(s) at N. Michigan Avenue measure(s):
One (1) at forty-nine point five eight (49.58) feet in length, and point zero eight (.08) feet in width for a total of three point nine seven (3.97) square feet. Said fencing shall be approximately one (1) foot in height.
One (1) at fifty-two point seven five (52.75) feet in length, and point zero eight (.08) feet in width for a total of four point two two (4.22) square feet. Said fencing shall be approximately one (1) foot in height.
One (1) at fifty-two point zero eight (52.08) feet in length, and point zero eight (.08) feet in width for a total of four point one seven (4.17) square feet. Said fencing shall be approximately one (1) foot in height.
Two (2) at fifty-one (51) feet in length, and point zero eight (.08) feet in width for a total of eight point one six (8.16) square feet. Said fencing shall be approximately one (1) foot in height.
Said Fence(s) at E. Lake Street measure(s): —
Two (2) at eighty-six point five (86.5) feet in length, and point zero eight (.08) feet in width for a total of thirteen point eight four (13.84) square feet. Said fencing shall be approximately one (1) foot in height.
The location of said privilege shall be as shown on prints kept on file with the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection and the Office of the City Clerk.
Said privilege shall be constructed in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Department of Transportation (Division of Project Development).
