Be It Ordained by the City Council ofthe City of Chicago:

SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to 300 N. MICHIGAN, LLC, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to construct, install, maintain and use twelve (12) Caisson(s) under the public right-of-way adjacent to its premises known as 300 N. Michigan Ave

Said Caisson(s) at LOWER N. MICHIGAN AVE measure(s):

One (1) at eight point one three (8.13) feet in length, and ten point five (10.5) feet in width for a total of eighty-five point three seven (85.37) square feet.

One (1) at six point eight (6.8) feet in length, and nine (9) feet in width for a total of sixty-one point two (61.2) square feet.

One (1) at seven point four seven (7.47) feet in length, and ten (10) feet in width for a total of seventy-four point seven (74.7) square feet.

Said Caisson(s) at E. WACKER PLACE measure(s):

One (1) at four point three five (4.35) feet in length, and ten (10) feet in width for a total of forty-three point five (43.5) square feet.

One (1) at thirteen point six five (13.65) feet in length, and sixteen (16) feet in width for a total of two hundred eighteen point four (218.4) square feet.

One (1) at fifteen point two (15.2) feet in length, and seventeen (17) feet in width fora total of two hundred fifty-eight point four (258.4) square feet.

Said Caisson(s) at LOWER S. WATER ST measure(s):

One (1) at fifteen point seven (15.7) feet in length, and seventeen (17) feet in width fora total of two hundred sixty-six point nine (266.9) square feet.

Said Caisson(s) at N. MACCHESNEY CT measure(s):

One (1) at five point seven (5.7) feet in length, and eight (8) feet in width for a total of forty-five point six (45.6) square feet.

One (1) at six point nine five (6.95) feet in length, and nine (9) feet in width for a total of sixty-two point five five (62.55) square feet.

One (1) at six point nine four (6.94) feet in length, and nine (9) feet in width for a total of sixty-two point four six (62.46) square feet.

One (1) at five point four nine (5.49) feet in length, and eight (8) feet in width for a total of forty-three point nine two (43.92) square feet.

One (1) at one point zero two (1.02) foot in length, and six (6) feet in width for a total of six point one two (6.12) square feet.

The location of said privilege shall be as shown on prints kept on file with the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection and the Office of the City Clerk.

Said privilege shall be constructed in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Department of Planning and Development and Department of Transportation (Office of Underground Coordination).

This grant of privilege in the public way shall be subject to the provisions of Section 10-28-015 and all other required provisions of the Municipal Code of Chicago.

The grantee shall pay to the City of Chicago as compensation for the privilege #1142222 herein granted the sum of four hundred ($400.00) per annum in advance.

A 25% penalty will be added for payments received after due date.

The permit holder agrees to hold the City of Chicago harmless for any damage, relocation or replacement costs associated with damage, relocation or removal of private property caused by the City performing work in the public way.

Authority herein given and granted for a period of five (5) years from and after Date of Passage.
