Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:

SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to 545 INVESTORS, LLC, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to maintain and use, as now constructed, thirteen (13) Planter(s) on the public right-of-way for beautification purposes adjacent to its premises known as 545 N. Mcclurg Ct.

Said Planter(s) at E. Ohio Street measure(s):

One (1) at twenty-six point three three (26.33) feet in length, and five point five eight (5.58) feet in width for a total of one hundred forty-six point nine two (146.92) square feet.

One (1) at fifteen (15) feet in length, and five point five eight (5.58) feet in width fora total of eighty-three point seven (83.7) square feet.

One (1) at thirty-five (35) feet in length, and five point five eight (5.58) feet in width for a total of one hundred ninety-five point three (195.3) square feet.

One (1) at thirteen point one seven (13 17) feet in length, and five point five eight (5.58) feet in width for a total of seventy-three point four nine (73.49) square feet.

One (1) at thirty (30) feet in length, and five point five eight (5.58) feet in width for a total of one hundred sixty-seven point four (167.4) square feet.

One (1) at twenty-five (25) feet in length, and five point five eight (5.58) feet in width for a total of one hundred thirty-nine point five (139.5) square feet.

One (1) at ten (10) feet in length, and five point five eight (5.58) feet in width for a total of fifty-five point eight (55.8) square feet

One (1) at nineteen (19) feet in length, and three point seven five (3.75) feet in width for a total of seventy-one point two five (71.25) square feet.

One (1) at twenty (20) feet in length, and three point seven five (3.75) feet in width for a total of seventy-five (75) square feet.

One (1) at eighteen point five eight (18.58) feet in length, and three point eight three (3.83) feet in width fora total of seventy-one point one six (71.16) square feet.

One (1) at seventeen point five (17.5) feet in length, and three point seven five (3.75) feet in width for a total of sixty-,five point six three (65.63) square feet.

One (1) at twenty-eight point two five (28.25) feet in length, and three point nine two (3.92) feet in width for a total of one hundred ten point seven four (110.74) square feet.

One (1) at nineteen point one seven (19.17) feet in length, and three point nine two (3.92) feet in width for a total of seventy-five point one five (75.15) square feet.

Grantee must allow the required clear and unobstructed space for pedestrian passage at all times per rules and regulations approved by the Department of Transportation.

The location of said privilege shall be as shown on prints kept on file with the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection and the Office of the City Clerk.

Said privilege shall be constructed in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Department of Planning and Development and Department of Transportation (Division of Project Development).

This grant of privilege in the public way shall be subject to the provisions of Section 10-28-015 and all other required provisions of the Municipal Code of Chicago.

The grantee shall pay to the City of Chicago as compensation for the privilege #1142602 herein granted the sum of zero ($.00) per annum in advance

A 25% penalty will be added for payments received after due date.

The permit holder agrees to hold the City of Chicago harmless for any damage, relocation or replacement costs associated with damage, relocation or removal of private property caused by the City performing work in the public way.
