RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, Lisa Marie Clemens has been called to eternal life by the wisdom of God at the age of 54 to her eternal reward; and
WHEREAS, The Chicago City Council has been informed of her passing by the Honorable Patrick D. Thompson, Alderman of the 11th Ward; and
WHEREAS, Lisa Marie Clemens (nee Hosty) beloved wife of Raymond; loving mother of Erin and Joshua; devoted daughter of Judy (Albert) Grigutis and Thomas Hosty; cherished sister of Sheryl (Mike) Mills, Karen (Terry) Woodman, Jenny (Tom) O'Donoghue; dear sister-in-law of Colleen (William) Sytsma, John (Angela) Clemens and Rich (Barb) Clemens; fond aunt, cousin and friend of many; and
WHEREAS, Her love of life and ability to live it to the fullest endeared Lisa to her family members, friends and all who knew her, and enabled her to enrich their lives in ways they will never forget; now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED, That we, the Mayor and members ofthe City Council ofthe City of Chicago gathered here this twentieth of November 2019, do hereby express our sorrow on the death of Lisa Marie Clemens and extend to her family and friends our deepest sympathy; and
