ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:


SECTION 1. The Comptroller of the City of Chicago is directed to remove a commercial loading zone at:
Remove 177 feet of Commercial Loading Zone at 40 West Lake Street



SECTION 2. The Comptroller of the City of Chicago is directed to install metered parking at:
Install 177 feet of pay-to-park at 40 west Lake Street


SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of its passage and approval.
