SECTION 1. Pursuant to Title 9, Chapter 64, Section 080 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the following is a proposed ordinance to repeal Rush Hour Parking Restrictions

AMEND ORDINANCE which reads West Diversey Parkway (north side) from North Racine Avenue to North Halsted Street, No Parking Tow Zone 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday By Striking the above

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force hereinafter its passage and publication.
