ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Title 17 ofthe Municipal Code ofthe City of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, be amended by changing all of the RT4, Residential Two-Flat Townhouse and Multi-Unit District Symbols as shown on Map No. 2-H in the area bounded by:

West Congress Parkway; South Oakley Boulevard; West Harrison Street; and the alley next east of and parallel to South Western Avenue

to those of a RT3.5, Residential Two-Flat Townhouse and Multi-Unit District.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect after its passage and due publication.
