BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:


SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the M2-3 Light Industry District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 1-G in the area bounded by:

West Carroll Avenue; a line 85.51 feet west of North Racine Avenue; a line 245.02 feet north of West Fulton Market; North Racine Avenue; West Fulton Market; a line 361.46 feet west of North Racine Avenue; a line 150.50 feet north of West Fulton Market; and a line 234.51 feet west of North Racine Avenue

to those of a DX-5 Downtown Mixed-Use District which is hereby established in the area described above.

SECTION 2. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all the current DX-5 Downtown Mixed-Use District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 1-G in the area bounded by:

West Carroll Avenue; a line 85.51 feet west of North Racine Avenue; a line 245.02 feet north of West Fulton Market; North Racine Avenue; West Fulton Market; a line 362.04 feet west of North Racine Avenue; a line 150.50 feet north of West Fulton Market; and a line 234.51 feet west of North Racine Avenue

to those of a Business Planned Development which is hereby established in the area described above.

SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.
