BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to establish and/or amend No Trucks Over 5 Tons Signs at the below listed locations:
WARD MISCELLEANEOUS:
8 South Avalon Avenue from East 93rd Street to East 94th Street;
No Trucks Over 5-Tons, - (19-01911860) [02019-6961]
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after its passage and publication.

Your Committee on Pedestrian and Traffic Safety, to which were referred proposed ordinance(s) and/or order(s) to establish and/or amend No Trucks Over 5 Tons Signs on portions sundry streets, begs leave to recommend that Your Honorable Body DO PASS the proposed substitute ordinance(s) and/or order(s) submitted herewith.
