BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
Section I. That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized to give consideration to the closure of street traffic after school on South Wood Avenue, from 5444 (alley) to Garfield Boulevard from 4:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. from December 11, 2019 until December 10, 2021, provided provisions of Section 9-12-040 ofthe City Traffic Code are fully complied with and provided school is responsible for traffic control devices (07-022867240).
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force hereinafter its passage and publication.
