I have appointed Clarence Grover as a member of Special Service Area No. 51, the Chatham Cottage Grove Commission, for a term effective immediately and expiring October 5, 2023, such period allocated as follows: a term effective immediately and expiring October 5, 2020 to succeed LeeMonde H. Walker, whose term has expired, followed immediately by a full three-year term.
