BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 10-20-435 ofthe Municipal Code ofthe City of Chicago, the Commissioner ofthe Department of Transportation is authorized and hereby directed to exempt 1666 Pratt, LLC from the Municipal Code provision prohibiting alley access to any parking lot if the capacity of that lot or garage is in excess of six spaces for the premise address located at 1666 W. Pratt Boulevard.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and publication.
