BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to the Title 9, Chapter 64, Section 070 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, unlawful for the operator of any vehicle to operate such vehicle at a greater speed than in indicated upon the streets or other public ways designated within the limits specified:
