ORDER

WHEREAS, the residents of the 2900 block of west Pope John Paul II have successfully circulated and submitted a petition, adhering to the requirements set forth on the petition provided, requesting the installation of Residential Permit Parking zone; and,

WHEREAS, all signers have been informed ofthe additional cost per vehicle required by the municipal code for all vehicles and guest passes wishing to park within the zone; and,

WHEREAS, a copy ofthe petition has been provided with this order; now therefore,

BE IT ORDERED, That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to give consideration to the establishment of a Residential Permit Parking zone from 2900 to 2922 west Pope John Paul II (43RD ST) one side only, Sunday thru Saturday, at all times.
