Be It Ordained by the City Council ofthe City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to CITY SPORTS, upon the terms and subject to the conditions ofthis ordinance to maintain and use, as now constructed, six (6) Fire Shutter(s) projecting over the public right-of-way adjacent to its premises known as 338-346 E. 47th St
Said Fire Shutter(s) at E. 47th Street measure(s):
One (1) at twenty-four (24) feet in length, and one point five eight (1.58) foot in width fora total of thirty-seven point nine two (37.92) square feet.
One (1) at fourteen (14) feet in length, and one point five eight (1.58) foot in width fora total of twenty-two point one two (22.12) square feet.
One (1) at twenty-three (23) feet in length, and one point five eight (1.58) foot in width for a total of thirty-six point three four (36.34) square feet.
One (1) at nineteen (19) feet in length, and one point five eight (1.58) foot in width fora total of thirty point zero two (30.02) square feet.
One (1) at twenty (20) feet in length, and one point five eight (1.58) foot in width for a total of thirty-one point six (31.6) square feet.
One (1) at nine point four two (9.42) feet in length, and one point five eight (1.58) foot in width fora total of fourteen point eight eight (14.88) square feet.
The location of said privilege shall be as shown on prints kept on file with the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection and the Office of the City Clerk.
Said privilege shall be constructed in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Department of Transportation (Division of Project Development).
This grant of privilege in the public way shall be subject to the provisions of Section 10-28-015 and all other required provisions of the Municipal Code of Chicago.
