BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

Section 1:

The ordinance passed by the City Council ofthe City of Chicago for THE CLARE on 05/24/2017, and printed upon page 49650 ofthe Journal of Proceedings of the City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words

'THE CLARE"

and inserting in their place the words

"THE CLARE, MTERRACES AT THE CLARE"

This ordinance Amendment shall be in effect upon its passage.
