Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago: o
SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to GIBSONS L.L.C, upon the terms and subject to the conditions ofthis ordinance to maintain and use, as now constructed, six (6) Awning(s) projecting over the public right-of-way adjacent to its premises known as 1028 N. Rush St
Said Awning(s) at N. RUSH measure(s):
One (1) at five (5) feet in length, and three (3) feet in width for a total of fifteen (15) square feet. Said Awning(s) at N. RUSH measure(s):
One (1) at nineteen point six (19.6) feet in length, and six (6) feet in width fora total of one hundred seventeen point six (117.6) square feet.
Said Awning(s) at N. RUSH measure(s):
One (1) at seventeen point two (17.2) feet in length, and five point eight (5.8) feet in width fora total of ninety-nine point seven six (99.76) square feet.
Said Awning(s) at e. bellevue pi measure(s):
One (1) at sixty-five point three (65.3) feet in length, and three point five (3.5) feet in width for a total of two hundred twenty-eight point five five (228.55) square feet.
Said Awning(s) at n. state measure(s):
One (1) at four point nine (4.9) feet in length, and three (3) feet in width for a total of fourteen point seven (14.7) square feet.
Said Awning(s) at n. state measure(s):
One (1) at four point one (4.1) feet in length, and three (3) feet in width for a total of twelve point three (12.3) square feet.
The location of said privilege shall be as shown on prints kept on file with the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection and the Office of the City Clerk.
Said privilege shall be constructed in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Zoning Department-Signs.
This grant of privilege in the public way shall be subject to the provisions of Section 10-28-015 and all other required provisions of the Municipal Code of Chicago.
