DIRECT INTRODUCTION

Committee on Pedestrian and Traffic Safety City Council Meeting January 15, 2020

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. That an ordinance heretofore passed by the City Council establishing Speed Limitations in designated area, be and the same is hereby amended by striking there from, the following:

Amend ordinance passed 6/16/1994 on Journal page 52082; South Torrence Avenue from East 106^th Street to East 130^th Street 40 miles per hour by Striking 40 miles per hour and inserting 30 miles per hour in lieu thereof;

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after its passage and publication.
