RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, God in His Infinite wisdom has called Virginia Rich to her eternal reward; and
WHERAS, The Chicago City Council has been informed of his passing by the Honorable Marty Quinn, Alderman of the 13th Ward; and
WHERAS, Mrs. Virginia "Virg" Rich (nee Andrzejewski) passed peacefully in her home on December 22, 2019 in Chicago, IL at the age of 94; she was born May 18, 1925 to the late Joseph and late Ursula (Andrzejewski) in Chicago, IL; Virginia was the loving wife to the late Leonard Vincent and loving mother of Gregory (Elizabeth), Jeffrey (Mira), the late Leonard Joseph, and William (Patricia); she was the cherished grandmother to Riana, Joseph, Ronald, Rebecca, Kimberly, Stephanie, and Great Grandmother "Mimi" to Gianna; she is survived in death by many loving nieces, nephews, Goddaughter Marianne Archelous, and dear friend Barbara Rendak; Virginia is preceded in death by siblings Jerri, Edward, Mary, and Estella; therefore
BE IT RESOLVED That we, the Mayor and members of the Chicago City Council gathered here this fifteenth day of January 2020, hereby express our sorrow on the death of Virginia Rich and extend to her family and friends our deepest sympathy.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a suitable copy be presented to the family-of Virginia Rich.
