Be it Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:


SECTION 1. That the Chicago Zoning Ordinance be amended by changing all of the current B3-3, Community Shopping District symbols and indications as shown on Map Number 7-1 in the area bounded by:

West Logan Boulevard; a line 204.4 feet east of the intersection of West Logan Boulevard and north Milwaukee Avenue as measured along and perpendicular to West Logan Boulevard; a line 204.4 feet southeast of the intersection of West Logan Boulevard and North Milwaukee Avenue as measured along and perpendicular to North Milwaukee Avenue; North Milwaukee Avenue; a line 154.4 feet southeast of the intersection of West Logan Boulevard and North Milwaukee Avenue as measured along and perpendicular to North Milwaukee Avenue; and a line 154.4 feet east of the intersection of West Logan Boulevard and North Milwaukee Avenue as measured along and perpendicular to West Logan Boulevard,
