ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. The Chicago Zoning Ordinance, be amended by changing all ofthe C1-2, Neighborhood Commercial District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 8-F in the area bound by:

a line 144 feet south of and parallel to West 36^th Street; the alley next east of and parallel to South Halsted Street; West 37^th Street; and South Halsted Street,

to those of a B1-1, Neighborhood Shopping District.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective after its passage and publication.
