SUBSTITUTE ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. The Chicago Zoning Ordinance, be amended by changing all of the C2-2, Neighborhood Commercial District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 8-G in the area bound by:
South Lituanica Avenue; a line 30 feet north of and parallel to West 35th Street; the alley next east of and parallel to South Lituanica Avenue; the alloy noxt north of and parallel to West 35th Street; a line 58.7 feet east of South Lituanica Avenue: the alley next south of West 35lh Street; a line 49 feet west of south Lituanica Avenue; West 35lh Street; a line 149 feet west of South Lituanica Avenue; the alley next south of West 35th Street; a line 199 feet west of South Lituanica Avenue; and West 35th Street.tho alloy noxt west of and parallel to South Halsted Stroot; West 35m Stroot; the alloy noxt wost of and parallel to South Halstod Stroot; the alloy noxt south of and parallel to Wost 35th Stroot; South Sangamon Street; and West 35te Street.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective after its passage and publication.
SECTION 3. The Chicago Zoning Ordinance, be amended by changing all of the C2-2, Neighborhood Commercial District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 8-G in the area bound by:
West 35th Street; a line 151 feet east of South Lituanica Avenue; the alley next north of and parallel to West 35th Street; and the alley next west of and parallel to South Halsted Street.
to those of an B1-1, Neighborhood Shopping District.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be effective after its passage and publication.
SECTION 5. The Chicago Zoning Ordinance, be amended by changing all of the C2-2, Neighborhood Commercial District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 8-G in the area bound by:
West 35th Street; a line 150 feet east of South Sangamon Street; the alley next south of and parallel to West 35th Street; and South Sangamon Street.
