SUBSTITUTE ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. The Chicago Zoning Ordinance, be amended by changing all of the B3-2, Community Shopping District and C3-2, Commercial, Manufacturing, and Employment District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 10-F in the area bound by:

Wost 46^th Stroot; tho alloy noxt oast of and parallel to South Halstod Stroot; Wost 47-* Stroot; and South Halsted Street: West 47^th Street: the alley next east of and parallel to South Halsted Street; and a line 200 feet north of and parallel to West 47^th Street.

to those of a B1-1, Neighborhood Shopping District.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective after its passage and publication.
