ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Section 7-12-365 of the Municipal Code of Chicago is hereby amended by inserting the language underscored, and by deleting the language struck through, as follows:

7-12-365 Coyote Wildlife Management Program

(c)     The oxocutivo director Executive Director shall, upon confirmed reporting of a coyote incident as defined in 7-12-365. shall produce and provide a progress an incident report to the City Council Committee on Health and Environmental Protection and Energy within thirty days ofany incident-en-ef before October 15^th of each year regarding coyote managomont efforts.
