BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:


SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the Ml-2, Limited Manufacturing/Business Park District symbols and indications as shown on 18-E on Zoning Map in the area bounded by


A line 455.50 feet south of and parallel to West 83rd Street; the alley next east of and parallel to South Halsted Street; the alley next south of and parallel to West 83rd Street; The west right of way line of the Chicago, Rock Island and Pacific Railroad; a line 594 feet south of and parallel to West 83rd Street; and South Halsted Street
to those of a M2-2 Light Industry District.








SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.
