SECTION 1. Pursuant to Title 9, Chapter 64, Section 080 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the following is a proposed ordinance to amend an ordinance passed July 30, 2014 C.J.P. 85736

RECOMMENDED TO READ:

AMEND ORDINANCE PASSED 07/30/2014 C.J.P. 85736:4848 West Irving Park Road: West Irving Park Road (north side) from a point 100 feet east of North Lamon Avenue to a point 20 fest east thereof --15 minute loading zone - use flashing lights -- 7:00 AM. to 7:00 P.M. -- Monday through Saturday (14-00429756)

By Striking from a point 100 feet east of North Lamon Avenue to a point 20 feet east thereof AND Inserting from a point 100 feet east of North Lamon Avenue to a point 40 feet east thereof

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force hereinafter its passage and publication.
