SECTION I. That the Chicago Zoning Ordinance is hereby amended by changing all the RM5 Residential Multi-Unit District and Institutional Planned Development Number 43, as amended, symbols and indications as shown on Map Numbers 12-D and 14-D in the area bounded by:
