227 MONROE STREET, INC Acct. No. 87253 -1 Permit No. 1144066

Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to 227 MONROE STREET, INC, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to maintain and use, as now constructed, four (4) Vault(s) under the public right-of-way adjacent to its premises known as 222 W. Adams St
Said Vault(s) at W. Adams Street 1st Level measure(s):
One (1) at two hundred eleven (211) feet in length, and seven (7) feet in width for a total of one thousand four hundred seventy-seven (1477) square feet.
Said Vault(s) at W. Adams Street 2nd Level measure(s):
One (1) at two hundred eleven (211) feet in length, and seven (7) feet in width for a total of one thousand four hundred seventy-seven (1477) square feet.
Said Vault(s) at S. Franklin Street 1st Level measure(s):
One (1) at two hundred two point five (202.5) feet in length, and eight (8) feet in width for a total of one thousand six hundred twenty (1620) square feet.
Said Vault(s) at S. Franklin Street 2nd Level measure(s):
One (1) at two hundred two point five (202.5) feet in length, and eight (8) feet in width for a total of one thousand six hundred twenty (1620) square feet.
The location of said privilege shall be as shown on prints kept on file with the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection and the Office of the City Clerk.
Said privilege shall be constructed in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Department of Transportation (Office of Underground Coordination).
This grant of privilege in the public way shall be subject to the provisions of Section 10-28-015 and all other required provisions of the Municipal Code of Chicago.
The grantee shall pay to the City of Chicago as compensation for the privilege #1144066 herein granted the sum of twenty-eight thousand four hundred ninety-two ($28,492.00) per annum in advance.
