ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. The Chicago Zoning Ordinance, be amended by changing all ofthe B3-1, Community Shopping District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 18-G in the area bound by:

a line 157.24 feet north of and parallel to West 79th Street; South Halsted Street; West 79th Street; and South Green Street,

to those of a RS-3, Residential Single Unit (Detached House) District.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective after its passage and publication.
