LOADING ZONES

 

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OFTHE CITY OF CHICAGO:

 

 

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Title 9, Chapter 64, Section 160, ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the following locations are hereby designated as Loading Zones for the distances specified, during the hours specified:

 

 

WARD                     LOADING ZONES/STANDINGZONES:

 

27                     905 West Fulton Market; No Parking Loading Zone Sign, 8:00am to 8:00pm,

Monday through Saturday [02020-1803]

 

27                     290 North Peoria Street; No Parking Loading Zone Sign, 8:00am to 8:00pm,

Monday through Saturday [02020-1804]

39                     5897 North Elston Avenue; 15 Minute Standing Zone, 6:30am to 6:00pm,

~   Monday through Friday [02020-1635]

 

 

WARD                     AMEND LOADING ZONES / STANDING ZONES:

47                     West Newport Avenue Amend Ordinance which reads:West Newport Avenue (south

side) from a point 235 feet west of North Ravenswood Avenue to a point 35 feet west thereof; 15 Minute Standing Zone, Use Flashing Lights Tow Zone, 6:00am to 6:00pm, Monday through Friday, by Striking 35 feet and Inserting 55 Feet in lieu thereof; 15 Minute Standing Zone-Tow Zone, Use Flashing Lights, 6:00 am to 6:00pm, Monday through Friday [02019-9524]

 

 

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after its passage and publication.
