TRAFFIC LANE - TOWZONES


BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:


SECTION 1. Pursuant to Title 9, Chapter 64, of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the following locations are hereby designated as Traffic Lane - Tow Zones, between the limits and during the times specified, standing or parking of any vehicle shall be considered a definite hazard to the normal movement of traffic:


WARD TOWZONES:
17 1800-1959 West 76th Street (north and south sides); No Parking Tow Zone, All Times,
All Days [Or2019-218]

27 2000 West Warren Boulevard (north side) from a point 30 feet west of North Damen
Avenue to a point 35 feet west thereof; No Parking Tow Zone, (Day Care Zone) 6:00am to 9:00pm, Monday through Friday [02019-1595]

43 West Willow Street (north side) from North Halsted Street to a point 50 feet east
thereof; No Parking Tow Zone, All Days [02020-1633]


WARD AMEND TOWZONES:

44 North Clark Street; Amend Ordinance passed on 04/19/2017 Journal Page 47406,
which reads: North Clark Street (east and west sides) from West Addison Street to West Newport Avenue; No Stopping, No Standing, No Parking Tow Zone, 9:00pm to 4:00am, Friday and Saturday, by Striking 9:00pm to 4:00am Friday and Saturday, and inserting; 11:30pm to 4:00am, Friday Through Sunday, April 1st through September 30th, in lieu thereof; [02019-9160]




SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after its passage and publication.

Your Committee on Pedestrian and Traffic Safety, to which were referred proposed ordinance(s) and/or order(s) to establish and/or amend Traffic Lane - Tow Zones on portions of sundry streets, begs leave to recommend that Your Honorable Body DO PASS the proposed substitute ordinance(s) and/or order(s) submitted herewith.
This recommendation was concurred in by all members of the Committee present, with no dissenting votes.
