BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:


SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the B3-1 Community Shopping District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 13-M in the area bounded by:


A line beginning at a point along the northeasterly line of North Austin Avenue, 45 feet northwesterly of West Lawrence avenue and extending 49.47 feet northeasterly to a point 61.46 feet north of West Lawrence Avenue as measured along the west line of North Mason Avenue; West Lawrence Avenue; and North Austin Avenue.


To those of a Cl-2 Neighborhood Commercial District.


SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.
