ORDINANCE


BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:


SECTION 1. Title 17 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all ofthe RS-2 Residential Single-Unit (Detached House) District symbols and indications as shown on Map Number 9-M in the area bounded by:

West Henderson Street; a line 222.44 feet east of and parallel to North Narragansett Avenue; the alley next south of and parallel to West Henderson Street; and a line 195.29 feet east of and parallel to North Narragansett Avenue

to those of an RT-3.5 Residential Two-Flat, Townhouse and Multi-Unit District, and a corresponding use district is hereby established in the area above described.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.
