BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 10-20-430 ofthe Municipal Code ofthe City of Chicago, the Commissioner ofthe Department of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt 513 North Hermitage (Diamond Properties, LLC) from the Municipal Code from the provisions regarding barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking and loading facilities for such property.
