BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Director Department of Revenue is hereby authorized and directed to exempt 2343-47 N. ELSTON AVE, LLC of 2343-47 N Elston from requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities for premise address.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force upon its passage and publication.

I am respectfully requesting a Commissioner's Authority letter exempting 2343-47 N. Elston Ave, LLC from being required to place barriers at 2343-47.M Elston as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and, egress to parking facilities for the premise address. An ordinance to this effect will be introduced to the City Council at the next meeting.
