Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to LINCOLN PROPERTY COMPANY, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to maintain and use, as now constructed, three (3) Ground Retention System(s) under the public right-of-way adjacent to its premises known as 120 N. La Salle St
Said Ground Retention System(s) at N. LaSalle St measure(s):
One (1) at seventy (70) feet in length, and one (1) foot in width for a total of seventy (70) square feet. Existing ground retention system is approximately seven (7) feet below grade and descend to a depth of approximately forty-two (42) feet below grade level.
Said Ground Retention System(s) at E/W Public Alley measure(s):
One (1) at sixty-nine (69) feet in length, and one (1) foot in width for a total of sixty-nine (69) square feet. Existing ground retention system is approximately one (1) foot below grade and descend to a depth of approximately forty-one (41) feet below grade level.
Said Ground Retention System(s) at N. Wells St. measure(s):
One (1) at fifty (50) feet in length, and one (1) foot in width for a total of fifty (50) square feet. Existing ground retention system is approximately nine (9) feet below grade and descend to a: depth of approximately twenty-nine (29) feet below grade level.
The location of said privilege shall be as shown on prints kept on file with the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection and the Office of the City Clerk.
Said privilege shall be constructed in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Department of Transportation (Office of Underground Coordination) and Department of Water Management.
This grant of privilege in the public way shall be subject to the provisions of Section 10-28-015 and all other required provisions of the Municipal Code of Chicago.
